Return/Shipping/Replacement/Refund Policy

Returns/Exchange:

Only products listed in “Hand Made Categories” with make quality concern are eligible for returns, after providing genuine & proper unpacking video. And the item must be returned in same condition as delivered with all parts and physical invoice. In such situation, shipping charges will not be refunded to the customer. If the customer asks for exchange, shipping will be paid at our end.

Shipping:

1. For orders we ship within Punjab, 7-10 Days

2. For orders we ship out of Punjab, 10-15 Days

In-Transit Breakage Replacement:

1. Please make an unpacking video when you get your order.

2. Kindly keep in mind while making unpacking video that the video should be started before starting the unpacking and should end after taking the product in hand.

3. The video is supposed to be short without any pause, and in a single clip only.

4. No returns will be accepted in case of issues regarding size/quality/detail, as all details are mentioned in description.

5.The booking amount of the approved replacement product will be refunded, only if the damaged product is shipped via post office registered parcel service.

6. The product should be packed well while shipping for replacement, as no claims will be given in case of theft of the damaged product in transit.

Refund:

There is no option for refunds as the products are non returnable.

In case of any other problem in your order, unpacking video is mandatory.
