Return/Shipping/Replacement/Refund Policy

Returns/Exchange:

We do not accept returns.

Shipping:

1. For orders we ship within Punjab, 7-10 Days

2. For orders we ship out of Punjab, 10-15 Days

Refund:

There is no option for refunds as the products are non returnable.

In case of any other problem in your order, unpacking video is mandatory.

Cash On Delivery Refused Orders:

Deductions will be made from advance deposits if Cash On Delivery Order is refused and sent back at the time of delivery. Deduction amount depends upon booking amount & packaging material used worth.

Return and Replacement Terms and Conditions :
1. Please make an unpacking video when you get your order.
2. Kindly keep in mind while making unpacking video that the video should be started before starting the unpacking and should end after taking the product in hand.
3. The video is supposed to be short without any pause, and in a single clip only.
4. No returns will be accepted in case of issues regarding size/quality/detail, as all details are mentioned in the catalogue.
5. The booking amount of the approved replacement product will be refunded or adjusted in next order only if the damaged product is shipped via post office registered parcel service.
6. The product should be packed well while shipping for replacement, as no claims will be given in case of theft of the damaged product in transit.
7. Kindly inform us if you face any problem with your order within 24 hours of receiving your order. Any approved replacement will be auto cancelled after 30 days of approval.

वापसी और बदलने के नियम और शर्तों:

1. किर्प्या अनपैकिंग का एक वीडियो बनाये ज़ब आपको पार्सल मिल जाये।
2. अनपैकिंग का वीडियो बनाते हुए किर्प्या ये ध्यान रखें की वीडियो अनपैकिंग से पहले शुरू हो और प्रोडक्ट हाथ मे आने के बाद ख़तम हो।
3. वीडियो छोटी, बिना किसी रूकावट के और एक ही क्लिप में होनी चाहिए।
4. साइज/क्वालिटी/डिटेल के संबधित कोई मुद्दा हुआ तो प्रोडक्ट की वापसी नहीं होगी। क्यूंकि इन सब के बारे मे कैटालोग में बताया हुआ है।
5. जो डैमेजड प्रोडक्ट बदलने के लिए हमारे पास भेजा जायेगा, उसकी बुकिंग राशि तभी वापिस होगी अगर प्रोडक्ट डाक द्वारा रजिस्टर्ड पार्सल से भेजा गया हो।
6. जो प्रोडक्ट बदलने के लिए भेजा जाये वो अच्छी तरह से पैक होना चाहिए। अगर रास्ते मे कोई चोरी होगी तो उसका क्लेम नहीं दिया जायेगा।
7. आपके आर्डर में किसे भी तरह की दिकत आने पे, डिलीवरी आने के 24 घंटो के अंदर हमें बताएं। रिप्लेसमेंट की सहमती मिलने पर, 30 दिन के अंदर हमारे पास ना भिजवाने पर रिप्लेसमेंट ख़ारिज कर दी जाएगी।

2. ਅਣਪੈਕਿਂਗ ਦਾ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਇਹ ਧਿਆਨ ਰੱਖੋ ਕੇ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਅਣਪੈਕਿਂਗ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਵੇ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਡਕਟ ਹੱਥ ਵਿਚ ਆਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਹੋਵੇ.
3. ਵੀਡੀਓ ਛੋਟੀ, ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਰੁਕਾਵਟ ਅਤੇ ਇਕ ਹੀ ਕਲਿਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ.
4. ਸਾਈਜ਼/ ਕੁਆਲਿਟੀ/ਡਿਟੇਲ ਦੇ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਕੋਈ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਤਾਂ ਪ੍ਰੋਡਕਟ ਦੀ ਵਾਪਸੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ.
5. ਜਿਹੜਾ ਖਰਾਬ ਪ੍ਰੋਡਕਟ ਸਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਬਦਲਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਓਹਦੀ ਬੁਕਿੰਗ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਤਾਂਹੀ ਵਾਪਿਸ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਜੇ ਉਹ ਡਾਕ ਦਵਾਰਾ ਰਜਿਸਟਰਡ ਪਾਰਸਲ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ.
6. ਜਿਹੜਾ ਪ੍ਰੋਡਕਟ ਬਦਲਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵਾਪਿਸ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ, ਉਹ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪੈਕ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ. ਅਗਰ ਰਸਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਚੋਰੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਸਦਾ ਕਲੇਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ.
7. ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਆਰਡਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰਾਹ ਦੀ ਦਿੱਕਤ ਆਨ ਤੇ, ਡਿਲਿਵਰੀ ਲੈਨ ਦੇ 24 ਘੰਟੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਸਹਾਨੂੰ ਦੱਸੋ। ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਰਿਪਲੇਸਮੈਂਟ ਲਯੀ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਦਿਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾ 30 ਦਿਨ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਨਾ ਭੇਜਨ ਤੇ ਰਿਪਲੇਸਮੈਂਟ ਖਾਰੀਜ ਕਰ ਦਿਤੀ ਜਾਏਗੀ।
